Omg .... Lucas.
This book was amazing and sad all at the same time. It was a constant up and down for me. One page I was happy and the next I was in tears.. All because of those Preston boys. This one in particular, Lucas.
If you have read Jay McLean's other books, you know Lucas. He is Lucy's brother. Oh, how I loved More Than Forever.... that being said, The Preston's are a family that pulls at my heartstrings. This family has been through so much, that you want nothing but good things for all of them.
This is the love story of Laney and Lucas. They have been best friends since they were 6. In love with each other since before they could realize it, and this is their story how they finally get together. This is not an easy love story, there is some major bumps in their road. I cried more than I would like to admit, but it was tears of joy and sadness mixed together.
I must say, Lucas is an amazing guy. He loves with all his heart and you see what an amazing guy he is to both his family and to Laney.
I am so excited for this series. I love this family more than you can imagine!
