Born in the midwest, Rae Daniel has been telling stories her entire life. After earning her degree in History from Old Dominion University, she found her niche in the professional world as an analyst. Ben has been in love with Renee forever. To the point, he is not sabotaging her dates with other men to keep her single. (He is getting a little help from her unknowing friends. ) He just have to convince Renee that she is in love with him too. Right now, she will not even give him a chance.
Renee has a secret that she is keeping from Ben. She thinks this secret will keep them apart. It has caused other men to stop talking to her or break up with her. She is keeping Ben at arm's length so she can still be friends with him, but not scare him off completely .
I thought the secret was going to be off the charts bad or something crazy, but it turns out to be something amazing for Renee. If other men could not come to terms with it, then they were not worth it anyways.
It overall was a cute story.
