Another fantastic book by Brittany C Cherry. You have to be I the right place to read one of her stories. You know it is going to be an emotional run, and have to be ready for what is about to happen.
Jax and Kennedy knew each other once upon a time from when they were kids and went to camp together. Jax had a rough life from since he was young. Kennedy had a rough in adulthood. Both are trying to overcome grief. When they end up neighbors, fate intercedes and healing commends.
This was a beautify and touching story. I shed many tears and held my breathe many times when I was reading this!
