 I am a fan of JD Hollyfield's books. They are funny and witty. I liked Chicks, Man. It was ok. Not my favorite of all her books. Something didn't click with me. To be honest, it felt a little forced.  I was expecting a rom com, maybe because that is what the blurb portrayed, but in reality it was more of a mystery and serious. It was a who done it type of book. I wished it stayed funny. The book started off good, but then split into a whole other book. It sort of felt like it was 2 books mashed into one.

Another fantastic book by Brittany C Cherry. You have to be I the right place to read one of her stories. You know it is going to be an emotional run, and have to be ready for what is about to happen.

Jax and Kennedy knew each other once upon a time from when they were kids and went to camp together. Jax had a rough life from since he was young. Kennedy had a rough in adulthood. Both are trying to overcome grief. When they end up neighbors, fate intercedes and healing commends.

This was a beautify and touching story. I shed many tears and held my breathe many times when I was reading this!
