Taking A Chance is a sweet story about Emma Winthrop, who comes from Florida to Whisper Creek to run a nursing home while the admin is out on leave. She has 3 months to survive what she doesn't know, and make it out alive. She has never run a nursing home, and the precious admin has not left much to work with. Lucky for her, Jasper is there too help. Jasper does not work there, but he is often at the facility because his dad lives there. He and Emma are a perfect match if he can let go of his past long enough to see there is more to life than how he has been living it.
