I love Jennifer Probst's books. She is a go to author for me. I have been dying to read EVERYWHERE AND EVERY WAY. I am going to say, I am not into HGTV. Don't shoot me!! I just am not handy.
So, maybe this was not the best book for me. I am more of a "hire someone to do it right the first time" type of girl.
Maybe it is because my husband isn't good at fixing stuff either.... so, I thought this book might help me get into all that decorating and fixing stuff up.
This books introduces the Pierce brothers. 3 very different brothers, who don't really get along and haven't spent much time together. Now, they are forced
to work and love together per their father's will.
Caleb has been the brother who has stayed at home and worked with his dad from the start, while his other 2 brothers have moved away. Now Caleb is trying to keep
the business going and not loose the one thing that is mist important to him. Then Morgan comes into his life.
She gets famous people the houses they are looking for with all the work done, so they just move in.
She wants Caleb to build her next house, even though he is completely against it. He does not cater to the rich and famous.
He likes to build homes for people to live in and love. When Morgan tricks him into doing the job for her, more than a house gets built.
The couple has an intense chemistry that is hard to ignore.
This book was a sweet contemporary romance. I liked Caleb. He was a man's man. Tough, rugged and cute.
Morgan is OK. I didn't lover her, but I didn't hate her. I will keep reading to see where the other Pierce brother's
stories tell.
