Paige In Progress, has to be my favorite book in the Reluctant Heart series so far! Paige is a fun time girl who is not looking for anything serious out of relationships. She prefers the one night stands. She is happy with everything in her life. She has good friends and a great family. She just isn't that girl who needs a man in her life to be happy. Why can't people see things the way she does?
Paige has a one night fling at her best friend's wedding with Adam. Adam, her bff and her husband are all in her inner circle. Adam, who was also in the wedding party, lives in a different state and Paige knew she would only see him once in a while. But that is all about to change. Adam is back home helping his family struggling business. When he moves into the empty apartment next door to Paige, she is thrown for a huge loop. Seeing Adam all the time is not something she wanted.
Adam is a relationship type of guy. He is not a one night stand dude. He has only ever had relationships. Now that he is back home, he wants to see what can develop with Paige. Adam does know what he is in for with her. She is a tough nut to crack and he is pulling his best efforts out to win her over.
I loved Paige. She was fun and sarcastic. When you learned why she didn't do relationships, you got to see where her point of view was coming from. Adam was a super sweet and amazing guy. I loved their chemistry. This series is fun and funny. I am loving Brighton Walsh.
